1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SecureCheck service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. The Service is developed and maintained by Alpha System.

2. Description of Service

SecureCheck provides free tools to scan websites for potential security vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and presence on threat blacklists. The reports generated are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a complete or definitive security audit.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and legally. You must:

  • Have the legal authority to scan any URL you submit. Do not scan websites you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Not use the Service for any malicious or illegal activities.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper working of the Service. This includes sending excessively large requests or performing an unreasonable number of scans in a short period.

4. Service Limitations and Abuse

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice. Abusive behavior, as determined by us, will result in a permanent ban of your IP address from accessing the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Alpha System makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The accuracy of third-party data sources is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alpha System or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SecureCheck's website, even if Alpha System has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

8. Opt-Out Policy

We respect the wishes of website owners. If you do not want SecureCheck to scan your website, you may request to have your domain added to our service's blacklist. Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate blacklisting, as we may need to verify ownership. Once a domain is blacklisted, our service will be unable to perform any analysis on it. You can contact us at suporte@alphasystem.dev to initiate a blacklist request.

9. Third-Party Services and Attributions

Our Service is built using various third-party tools and data sources that we would like to acknowledge. Our use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

  • Threat Intelligence Feeds: Our "URL Security" check utilizes data from URLhaus and OpenPhish for malware and phishing intelligence. IP addresses are checked against DNSBLs like Spamhaus and Barracuda Networks.
  • Node.js Ecosystem: The backend is powered by Node.js and relies on numerous open-source packages including Express, Helmet, and PocketBase. Real-time updates are delivered using Server-Sent Events (SSE).
  • Fonts & Icons: We use Google Fonts ('Inter') and Font Awesome icons.
